Why is mls# 624406 and 629754 so comparable in price?
These homes are like day and night, is the older home in more desirable area?

FIRST ANSWER
Don't be misled by the agent listing photos alone. Only by seeing the properties in person will you be able to truly evaluate their value. I don't know how many times I've been let down in person after hoping the home would be awesome based on the pictures. Conversely I've been surprised many times in person by a home with poor photos in the listing.
