most likely the bank will increase the price cause it was listed bellow market, some of the comps are between 85,000-95,000.

I just looked the property on the MLS and see it currently shows contingent no show as it's current status. When you call, who do you call and who did you speak with? Without looking further into it, basing off what I see on the MLS, would tell you technically the property has not sold yet. It's currently in contract since 6/20/13.
