Why has Orchard Pointe off Mineral Springs Road stalled out?

It seems like a good location and I was considering buying a courtyard home in there, but am leery to be one of the only ones living there. Why is no one else buying in there? Any ideas as to what is going on?

Hello Deana,

Orchard Pointe is a great location, what is happening there is happening everywhere, it is not a negative mark on this subdivision. The market is showing some signs of new life and a home just went under contract on 31 March 2009. This subdivision is cut to have approx. 50+/- homes, that being a mixture of Garden and traditional style homes. The price point is not scheduled to exceed $375K, and should base aroung $230K. Currently there are three builders building in Orchard Pointe, with several homes available for sale. If you wanted to build a home in this subdivision, you could use of the current builders or choose your own.

I hope this gives you some insight on Orchard Pointe. Contact me directly if you have any further questions or would like to see the available homes or available land in Orchard Pointe

Warm Regards,
