The Maintenance fee is listed near the bottom of the page if there is a fee. There are a few neighborhoods that don't have any HOA Fees. Usually the newer condos have lower maintenance fees. The older condos most likely have the highest fees, unless it is a gated community. Let me know if I can help you with anything else?
Have a great evening!
As previous answer stated HOA or maintenance fees are normally listed in MLS unless there are none, but that is not common. It is best to call the listing agent to find out first hand what if any are maintenance fees or call your agent if you have one.
I would be glad to help and good luck.

The maintenance fee for condos should be provided in the listing... on the HAR property page, it's the 4th item up from the bottom in the General Description. If you find a property missing it however, let me know and I can research it for you.
Condo fees vary a lot, so you're wise to do this research on the front end!
Let me know if I can be of any assistance to you.
