Why doesn't Trulia put pictures with foreclosures? It does nobody any good to want to buy it, unless there is a pic!

Hi Amy! Trulia pulls photos from the MLS, and not all agents find value in including as many photos as possible on their MLS listings. And quite frankly - as a listing agent, you really want to put out the very best photos - and sometimes the properties do not lend themselves to great photos. Most buyers I've worked with who are interested in foreclosures just commit to going out and taking a look to really see the true condition of the property.

Hope this helps!

Good thought process there Vicky. Trulia pulls "listings" from many other sources then just the MLS.

If you want try this property search website to see if you get anything more out of it then the other websites you are using (in the hyperlink below you might have to hit refresh).

You are becoming a regular on here haha! As always let us know if we can help:)

You need to find a realtor who can access the right information for you. Good luck. liz, 612-986-4105

If you are talking about listings through REALTY TRAC they aren't really for sale. REALTY TRAC just lists people who are late on their mortgage or going through the foreclosure process, or when a bank first forecloses. The banks typically do all their legal stuff to clear the title and then higher a listing agent to represent them, help them get the property ready for sale, etc. Then it is listed, and you'll see it here with pictures. Hopefully.

If it is not a REALTY TRAC listing, then it has to do with the listing agents placing the ad - whether it be an auto feed from an MLS or other source or a direct ad placement with Trulia, it's the agent's responsibility to upload the photos.
