Actually I strive very hard to answer all of my emails. When exactly did you send me an email and what is your email address. It is possible that your question went into my spam folder. I receive quite a few emails each day and some of them do wind up in the spam folder.

I have been playing catchup this week. It's been a very busy month and I am sure you will understand that i return my existing customers emails and calls first and then follow up on the others as allows. If it has been more than 48 hours since you sent me an email then it is certainly an over site on my part and I am certainly sorry for any inconvenience it caused you.
