Why does this site selectively miss properties that sold more than a month ago?

FIRST ANSWER
Because for some reason trulia is outdated most of the time. I think listings get put in and taken out manually by agents and not live from NNEREN. Save your time and search realtor.com, nneren.com or get your self a good Realtor! :)
