If you would like to see property tax information check http://www.mlsli.com or consider working with an agent of your own who can provide any necessary information. Keep in mind that taxes should always be verified by contacting the local tax assessors office, or you can check mynassauproperty.com

Good Afternoon,

If there is a specific property you are looking at I would be more than happy to help you locate the tax information - it is usually on public record and is most easily found through MLSLI as well. I would definitely have an agent double check the taxes on it. Also, if you are looking on trulia the information could definitely be skewed. There are many homes on Trulia that have also been under contract and have not been removed from the site, so before you have your head spinning it is best to have an agent work for you so you can see if a property is actually still available.

If you really want access to that information, any Garden City Realtor can provide you FREE access to the database that contains accurate, comprehensive, responsible and timely information. If you are serious, Just pick up the phone and give one of these friendly folks a call. Sites like Zillow and Trulia are only suitable for entertainment only.

Some of the listings do provide the tax information. You have to remember that Trulia provides general information on listings, it's not meant to replace an agent. If you are looking to buy a home contact a buyer's agent. The buyer's agent will be working for you but can be paid by the seller. A listing agent's responsibility is to get the seller the best price and terms available, a buyer's agent on the other hand has the responsibility of getting the buyer the best price and terms. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like more information or have any other questions.

Thank you
