Why does Trulia show Edgewood Middle and Highschools for Belcamp, they belong to Aberdeen Middle and High?

The schools shown are incorrect and may detract buyers from the area because of Edgewood being undesirable.

Mary-allison,
That is interesting. You are correct in finding that error. My guess is that schools are being pulled by the proximity to the property, and not by district. Sometimes that may work, sometimes not. Tina is right though. Most truely active buyers are getting their information from an agent, not from Trulia, Craigslist, Zillow or any of a dozen other home search sites.
If you are considering putting your home up for sale, I would be happy to interview and try and put your mind at ease about this and any other questions or concerns you have.

Mary-allison,

I have found that sites like this one and some others do not always have accurate information. I always tell my clients that are searching for a home in the Harford County area to use the local schools website at http://www.hcps.org. It has the most accurate information. Don't let this worry you too much. I am sure that buyers will receive accurate information as most agents in our area refer clients back to that website as well. Please let me know if I can help you with any further questions.
