When I made a mistake like that, I got fired. That ad has been there for a long time. I always made sure I corrected my mistake. At least that's American standar that I know or maybe the rules has changed lately.
The agent probably made a mistake when putting in the listing price and it showed up as 23,000 instead of 230,000. Good luck in your search
