Why don't some listings have more than one photo? Is the inside of the house in disrepair or worse? What's more reliable the info on listing or the one on the public record? They don't match everytime and I wonder why the person listing the home wouldn't list say another bathroom.
Hi David,
In my experience, there are three main reasons some listings have fewer photos than others. First, the agent simply hasn't had the time to post all the photos yet and when you check back later there will be more posted. Second, the house is not all that attractive and the agent does not want you see that. Third, the agent is too busy or too "technologically challenged" to post photos.
The listing information is almost always more accurate than the tax records. However, mistakes occur in inputting data, just like everywhere in life!
Sorry to say that many agents don't see the importance of taking multiple photos David. A good agent would use as many photos as allowed, not only to help market the home but to save time in eliminating homes that don't fit the criteria of the buyer.
Public information is not reliable. Sometimes it is the result of incorrect data entered, and sometimes it is because the homeowner has updated the home and that is not reflected in the public records.
Let me know if I can help you find what you are looking for. I service Dawson, Forysth and Hall counties.
I would think that the listing has the more correct or newest information.
