Why do for sale listings for the same condo layout show 2 baths when the recently sold listings show only 1.5 for the same models?

The question comes from 1330 sq ft condos in Palm Valley Country Club, zip code 92211. The 1330 sq ft models are all the same layout. They have two full bathrooms, but only one has a bathtub. The other has a large shower. If this is the reason, how is a power room shown?

Usually a toilet and sink are a half bath, a toilet, sink and shower are three quarter bath and toilet, sink, tub and shower a full bath. Many areas are now calling a toilet, sink and shower (no tub) a full bath.
