FIrst off, WHAT property are you talking about? There was no link with your question

Second, as Chris said, some home sellers are not very flexible with their showing times, the house may not even be ready to show even if listed in the MLS (delayed showing), etc., etc.

Third, who says every house should have, or will have, stainless appliances? Last I saw they still make appliances in other colors other than stainless. If something so trivial is a deal killer for you, maybe you should keep in mind this phrase " buy what you can't change (like layout and location) and change what you can".

Many homes are listed for sale that are difficult to get into see. Some sellers just are not serious about selling and they turn away showing requests or their listing agents drop the ball and don't get back to showing requests. If there is a lot of demand for a home the listing agent doesn't really need to be that responsive to requests because they may already have several suitable offers. My advice if it is a home you really like, drive by and look at the outside and put an offer on it contingent upon an inspection or due diligence period. Otherwise you may not get a chance at the home. Good luck!

Sounds like you are frustrated - work with an agent who will be most effective in getting you into any listed property.

As far as the stainless appliances - not sure where to go with that one. What a property has to offer is what it has to offer. Appliances surely have value, but they are an element that you can easily change after you purchase if not to your liking.

Good luck to you,
