FIRST ANSWER

There are two active for sale listings on Country Club Rd and a rental. Number 17 is listed through my office. It is a spectacular home. Truly a unique in law set up and shows beautifully. I think I can safely say there is no reason other than coincidence. If you would like to see one or both just let me know.
