Why are there homes listed on Trulia, yet they have no agent to ask questions of?

I have checked into two different listed on Trulia and came to find out they were both already in the process of being purchased, yet there is no information on how to get in touch with anyone about them. This seems to be with most listings I have come across. Could someone please tell me why? How do you find out about these homes? How often is the information about these homes updated?

Jo,

Trulia is updated from the Multi-Listing Service in your area. Your best bet is to find a reputable Realtor in you area to assist you with a customized search that you can look thtough at your leizure via email.

I know a few Realtors in your area, as I have family in Florida. If you like I can refer a Realtor to you to help you with all your questions. Any Realtor in your area has access to each home listed in their MLS. They will be able to help you with any homeyou are interested in. And most services of a buyer agent are free to you.

Let me know if you would like my assistance in referring you to an agent in your area, and I will interview a few Realtors and pick the one best sutied for your needs.

I hope to hear from you soon!
