Why are there a lot of properties up for sale at Centreplace @ Edison?

I remember when the townhomes sold quickly (and now quite a few are up for sale - some have not even lived at the properties for at least a couple of years) and they still haven't sold much on the condos...is there something wrong with the property or developer?

FIRST ANSWER

I was at centreplace last week and the sales people told me that they are selling 8-10 condos per month. They were really nice. I really liked the chelsea and milenium very much. They seemed to be really busy when I was there.
