Why are the taxes so high in the city of North Olmsted, Oh? especially with the mall and all the business paying taxes also Tammi G.

Sorry Tammi, but taxes are higher in North Olmsted than Westlake and most of Lorain County. That can be an indication of better schools. It seems the older fully grown cities are having that problem. Money is needed for the infrastructure, repairs, rebuilding and schools. Growing cities like Avon and Solon have high taxes, but have more to offer the residents. North Ridgeville is now going through a regrowth period and still has room to grow. Bob G
