Why are the taxes of Lodi's houses higher than other towns like Saddle Brook?

usually the biggest factor that contributes toward higher taxes is the amount of big businesses in the town... Saddle brook for example has many strip malls which consume alot of the tax burden. There are also the other factors as Dev says which contribute.
