Hello Everyone.
If anyone is interested, we are planning to move to the shore since most of our family live there now.

Our home sits on a large 50 x 200 lot (10,000 sq. ft.) and has the following:
4 BRs, 1 bath, enclosed new front porch (with vinyl siding), also: LR/DR/full Kitchen, full attic, full basement, hot water heater/gas, 80 foot long driveway, den, laundry, and mud rooms, "A-frame-colonial" home with wood siding.

Our home is centrally located (less than a mile) to all transportation, NJ Transit buses/trains, Routes 1&9, Exit 137 GSP, NJ Turnpike, Routes 22, 78, and so much more.
Malls, shops/restaurants, good schools are everywhere.

High taxes with an 'ok' school district. There are many good parts of Roselle with a few shaky areas that you have to be careful of. But many buyers I know are primarily turned off from the property taxes.

Hi Jr,
The property values in Roselle are low because the property tax is high, compering to another towns. If you need more info. please contact me at pvaklinova@msn.com.

Thank you; it is nice hearing that!
When we have more people saying that, we will be well on our way to recovery.

That is a great question, you really need to find a local agent that can tell you if there are problems in the area or if this particular area is just harder hit by the economy, if this is the case you probably want to take advatage of the prices while they last. Bob
