Why are some of the houses in beverly hills so cheap?

I did the math of the estimated square feet and the cost of each square feet and it comes up to the price. Is there a reason why the houses are cheap?

You might be looking at monthly rentals. Trulia does not list rentals but sometimes someof the high end ones slip in.

Hi Aaliyah,

You might be looking at the defaulted loans of certain properties rather than actual sales prices (ex: multiple houses for under $800K). Prices have come down and high end properties aren't selling at the high pace they once were, but I haven't seen too much of a dramatic drop. Just keep in mind that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Best Regards,
