Why are so many homes for sale near Emerald Way in Castalian Springs?

Hey Jennie,
In September, I actually showed a couple of these properties one of which was a foreclosure. Now there are only three left on the market in Emerald Acres. This subdivision is located farther away from town than most but offers very affordable housing. Because it has a more rural setting, homes did sell a little slower than in other areas.
