Why are so many Florida Realtors difficult to work with?

Not trying to be ugly or insulting, but after 4 months of searching for investment homes in central Florida I've noticed a rising tide of Realtors with bad attitudes and rapid decline in work quality.
Many of the homes listed on Trulia refer to FloridaMoves.com, a huge site which has provided some great leads, but also is a tremendous repository of grossly inaccurate information. Keller Williams in particular has many homes listed as being 10 acres, when they are less than .25.
Worse is Realtors not responding to requests for more information. One home required us to hunt down the owner after her agent ignored our calls & emails for two weeks. The home was described as having a "huge in-ground pool", but the Realtor refused to provide a photo of it & got hostile when repeatedly asked. Ultimately we discovered that the home had NO pool. But even still a month later on FloridaMoves.com, and the agents listing site, it still says "huge in-ground pool".
Why so difficult Florida?

Jake,
It sounds like you need a good buyer agent working on your side. If you are a serious and qualified buyer, you will have no problem finding a committed buyer agent who will do all this research for you.
