Why are people not buying in the Kensington Estates community in Buckeye? Are there any problems we should know about?

FIRST ANSWER
Dude, have you ever lived on a farm? Do you like being close to nature? The usual suspects (namely self serving real estate agents) will not tell you because it could be detrimental to their income. I suggest you drive out there and park for a few minutes sometime between dusk till dawn at least three or four times. Leave your windows down and the answer will leave you breathless.
