The prices on homes in Old Saybrook have not dropped that dramatically. The average time on market althought has been 6 months or more for waterfront homes or homes priced too high.

I have had a summer home in Old Saybrook for the past 14 years and I am a Broker and a Buyers Representative.

Please let me know if I can be of assitance to you with your search.
