According to public records, that property sold on 05/16/2008 for $367,000.00.
If you were interested in information because you are in the market. You would have had two choices: If you are not currently working with a buyer's agent, you could 1. Call the listing agent direct (know that in this situation, the listing agent works for the seller, and it is the seller's interests that they are obligated to protect) 2. Hire a buyer's agent to work for you, and call them for information.

I don't believe this property is actively for sale. According to the public tax records the property was bought by wells fargo bank in March of 2008 (foreclosure) and then bought from the bank by an individual in May for $367,000.
