The banks are very difficult to get in touch with and they do seem to always want an agent doing the negotiating. Realtors now work for these banks and speaking from experience as a listing agent, the banks are trying to get as much done with as little of their time as needed. They have out sourced everything to companies and agents. The properties get listed and sold very quickly so if there is a particular home you are interested in, you have to keep a very close eye. Now the laws in Florida state that a previous owner has up to 6 month after foreclosure to come up with the money owed and repay the bank on the loan. At that time they would get their home back. Therefore properties can not actually be sold until 6 months after the official foreclosure date.
