You can start a personal profile, save homes, etc.
But all IDX solutions ultimately pull their info from Realtracs.com

Realtracs.com is our local MLS provider, but like some of the other agents here (two great choices already) you can save favorites or have certain properties automatically sent to you from the link below. For instance, if you love a certain community or school zone, you can have everything in that neighborhood -- that matches your search criteria -- e-mailed to you instantly (or within fifteen minutes of it hitting the market). If that might be attractive, please add the link below to your search arsenal.

Go to my website, http://www.TerryBooth.com You can search all active properties in the Nashville area AND you can save the properties that you like to review at a future date....Once you get to the sight, just click on property search...its easy...its fast...it's accurate.
