Hi Dianna, Why not work with a buyers agent, who will give you up to date information about properties
in your size, type of property, price range, locations, age etc. that you are interested in...And that agent will also accompany all showings, and guide you through the entire process... Just a thought for you, since if you are
looking here and there, many properties are either not on the market anymore, are already under contract, or even sold etc. etc.

Buyer Representation is a wonderful solution for buyers, as that agent/ Realtor will be working exclusively for YOU and in your best interest, if you like to know more, feel free to e-mail me....Provide you with listings of available properties regularly as well!

Take care and good luck in your search!

The Cook County Treasurer's website has the latest information and it is public access. To search go to the Cook County Assessor website and search the address to get the pin number. With the pin number go to the Cook County Treasurer's website and search the payment status with the pin number. The latest information from my search shows an individual bought it in 2007 for $131,000 at the time is was a bank foreclosure. Latest information on the Cook County website shows It is mortgaged through Harris Bank. If you think this may have changed recently you may want to go to the Cook County Assessor's office and see if it is different. I do not show it on the MLS as an active listing. It has been my experience that banks will not give out information on the status of a mortgage or property unless you are the mortgagee. If you are interested in this property you may want to have a realtor set you up with as search of similar homes. If it does come on the market in the near future you will receive an email with this information.
