Hi Francine,

You can look up owner information for any property in Philadelphia at http://www.phila.gov/opa. That is the City of Philadelphia's Public Information Property Search site. Hope that is helpful for you.

This house was purchased in 2007. It is not currently for sale on the market now.

There are many homes available in this immediate area. This is the heart of our martket, our office is at 1611 Snyder Ave. I'd be happy to meet with you at my office and show you what we have available. Please feel free to call me anytime. I can also e-mail you listings, just send me a message with your e-mail address and preferences.

I look forward to speaking with you soon.

All the best,

I can get you the owners info or I can contact them on your behalf as a buyers representative. They've only owned the property since 2007.

I've attached homes for sale within about a 2 block radius of this address so you can see what else is available.

Please feel free to give me a call to schedule an appointment to see any of these homes.
