* Administer the Town Code Chapter 123, Building Construction, and Chapter 330, Zoning, and interpret and enforce all associated regulation pertaining to the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.


* Administer and enforce, both at the Town and Village levels, the National Electrical Code.

The prevoius answer is not totally correct. Town hall is located at 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, NY.11968 The correct phone # is: (631)283-6000. Just call the main number and ask for the department that you need to speak with. They are very helpful.
