In the Sherwood Forest neighborhood, they were earlier known as the Myer track homes and was built/developed by a builder with the last name Myer. Built much more solid than the Codding homes.

Hugh Codding built a lot of the homes and another builder with the last name of Blackwell built homes in that area too. You can get information at the City of Santa Rosa's building department or if you want history, check with the Chamber of Commerce for resource materials. If there is a particular address you are researching, please send me the address and I will try to help you.
