I am looking for a single family house in Northbrook, IL with Glenbrook North high school district.

I found in that area elementary school district has 27,28,30,31. Is anyone know which subdivision is better? which subdivision will have more price growth potential?

Thank you for your advice!

Your question is alittle confusing since you are asking about one thing and showing another.
These are school districts that are are displaying here and you are asking about sub-divisions and then you are asking about which is better and then which is better for price growth. As a realtor we can not answer which is better in general as for price growth that would take about 2-3 weeks of fact finding & anaylsis to tell you that.
What we need to know is what is your price range how many bedrms how many bth rms 2 or 3 car garage etc.
Your question about growth potential can only be based either on new construction in which you haven't stated or on a sales price that was artifically inflated over the the last few years. How far back do you want to go?
Right now with short sales some homes are selling for what they were going for almost 10 years ago. So you need to take out of your question short sales & foreclosures. Since almost in every market through o ut the USA & Northbrook has these sales you can't get a clear picture with them included.
The bottom line is if you can get a good deal in any of the school districts that will be your biggest key issue to price growth.
