When you choose an investment home, the return is also affected by the amount of maintenance required so the least expensive is not always the best. Our mild winter climate also appeals to seasonal renters. If you choose the idea of a furnished seasonal rental, the rate of return is obviously highest in the winter months for well located and nicely furnished properties especially on the island. We recommend working with a Realtor property manager. Feel free to contact us at ginny@MyVeroBeachRealEstate.com

This depends on what type of return you are looking for? Are you are looking for a longterm hold or a short term profit? Also, will you be doing any type of exchange, such as a 1031?
