FIRST ANSWER

In addition, I would suggest buying in Lewes because:

1. Access to the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean
2. Beebe Hospital
3. Cape May/Lewes Ferry
4. Cape Henlopen State Park
5. Boat marinas, slips, fishing supplies and fuel
6. Shops stores and restaurants open all year.
7. Elementary School & High School
8. Less Traffic
9. Less summer rentals
10. Potentially greater appreciation
