Please contact me directly. I can help answer your question. Once I have a better understanding of what you are looking for I will email you homes that match your needs. There are many nice options inside and outside of West Bay Club that I can recommend.

Deborah,

There are a variety of types of properties. We would look to find an area to suit your needs.

I have sold properties in West Bay where clients thought they wanted single family and fell in love and bought a corner HI-Rise unit.

The community has so much to offer you are not only purchasing the home but the lifestyle, which includes beautiful beach club and boat launch..

Please contact me so we can discuss specifically what you desire in your home.

"Loaded question", but I understand. One of the previous answers really applies: what is your definition of "best area" ? Need to exchange those thoughts with an agent along with your "needs" and "wants" both in a home as well as geographic area AND dollar range. Talk to two or three agents and then proceed. Bonita Bay is a very nice develpment and location.

Deborah,
That all depends on your personal description of best area. Some people describe "Good View" as their top consideration, then your description of "Good View" could be anything from golf course, lake, fountain, preserve, etc.

Then, it might be the home itself. But what is your description of a great home? Pool? Larger square footage, on the golf course, or more privacy?

Give us your description and we could all find a perfect place for you. Good luck and if I can be of help, do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Riverbrooke.....it is what you could call the estate section.....only 4000+ square foot homes can be built on that street. I have a new listing getting ready to come on in there if you are interested....let me know.

It depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for the nicest estate homes, I would say Riverbrooke is the nicest area but you are looking at homes in the $1,000,000+ range. I am really a fan of Natures Cove myself. I feel that you can get a great deal on a per square foot basis and still live the high quality West Bay lifestyle. A lot of it depends on what your personal needs and wants are. Give me a call: 239-246-3004 and we can discuss in more detail what your looking for and figure out which neighborhood would be best for you.

That's like asking which is your favorite child! You really can't go wrong with any of the subdivisions in West Bay Club. The amenities are abundant, the landscaping is gorgeous, and the location can't be beat. If I had to pick I would recommend Sunset Trace. I'm partial because I have a beautiful home listed in there.

I'd love to help you find something if the house I have listed isn't what you were looking for. I'm an Estero resident Broker and expert so feel free to call with any real estate questions.
