Lachase,
With most condominium associations it is not only the number of pets they allow, it’s the combined weight and breed that plays a major factor in the Condo rules. The other bylaw to keep in mind is some associations allow home owners to have pets but renters are not allowed.
Jupiter One comes to mind right away. It is a townhome community that is very close to the beach and they allow 2 dogs and one other domestic pet. Depend on how many pets are part of your family will help determine what the best fit is for your family. If you would like I to discuss this further I can be reached at 561-632-5640 or email me at steve@stevehamma.com.

Lachase,
As a multiple pet owner myself I know the challenges of finding the right home where our pets are accepted. When you say "multiple pets" I am assuming you have two as if the number gets larger the task becomes more difficult. There are a number of other restrictions that will also come into play, especially with dogs; size, breed, etc.
The condominium communities I know offhand that will allow up to two pets include Sea Colony, Searise, Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club, Sea Brook, Oceanside Terrace, Jupiter Yacht Club, Village at Abacoa, Jupiter Ocean Grande. I am sure there are others and I am happy to research your options more completely.
I am easily reached at 561 308-0175 or via e-mail at tom@tompriester.com so please feel free to get in touch with me and we can discuss your needs in greater detail.
Best,
Tom Priester
