This is a hot topic in the city these days. I hope that your broker is up to speed on what this is and also the different levels of LEED certification.
Most of the new conversion/construction is not. There are two on the UES and one on the UWS below 110th Street that have come up.
If you are not finding your broker to be helpful, I can be of assistance.

The only condo/coop residence that I know as LEED certified is 1400 Fifth Ave at 116 St. Coop purchases were restricted to specific buyers since City, State and Federal funds were used for this project. I believe that Condos and Townhouses are at market value.

Hello:

I have information regarding the properties which you inquire about, however, you should seek the advice of your real estate broker if you have one. If you are not working with an agent, I would be happy to assist you. Please email me your contact information. Thank you.

Leslie, thanks for the response, but I'm actually looking for LEED certified buildings in NYC on the Upper East Side and Upper West side. Do you have any information about NYC buildings?
