Hello. I offer FHA loans. You want to look out for several things. Interest rate, bank fees, service among others. My bank offers very low rates (usually in the low 3s -without charging points), great service and low fees.

First thing you should do is meet face-to-face with a Loan Officer so you become more educated and go over all your options and see what you qualify for. Even though FHA is a good program, it doesn't necessarily mean its the best and most economical option.

Feel free to contact me at any time! Good luck.

Hire a Realtor, from the Trulia "Find an Agent" tab above and then use their network to find your lender.

Best of Luck

Only do this if you have not completed this task from 2012.

There are many mortgage bankers out there, however, not all work with FHA but if you're interested in this kind of loan please call me.

Dear Laurence:

There are plenty of mortgage bankers and brokers that offer FHA loans. The important question becomes are you better off with an FHA loan or other mortgage product? The only way to find out would be to get yourself pre-qualified. In order to do that you need to meet with a mortgage banker or broker and show then your last two years tax returns and/or income statements, your last three months bank statements and allow them to run your credit report.

Once you do that you will also find out how much your closing costs will be and what interest you can get based on your qualifications. This is important because then you can put together a budget and know how much owning a property will cost you every month.

Once that is all done you can then look at properties for sale in your price range and then hopefully buy one. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. Good luck!
