Hi Rick,
There's not one source that has all open houses (OH) in OC. I suggest, however, you look at Realtor.com, socalmls.com, and ocregister.com as all of those have postings on upcoming open houses. Due to the nature of open houses even that information may not be accurate. OHs are cancelled for numerous reasons and many are planned last minute with little or no advertising.
