I would appreciate opinions on where should I limit my search for housing in Merced. With common aims for good family/ school neighborhoods, but limited to only $6.8k monthly income. Mpnthly debt ratio of under 7%; about 10% in monthly family support obligation, then further restrained with about $8k in cash though increasing monthly.
