Five Oaks is located at the corner of Shields and Horsetooth. One of the positive features of this community is its proximity to the foothills trails/open space and the Harmony corridor. It is also within a few minutes drive/bike ride of CSU. There are five villages with varying price points in the community. The style of the buildings is attractive and each community has its own look and feel. Do you have a dog? There is a dog park at the west end of Horsetooth in the new Spring Canyon Community Park. There are a variety of properties/price points available in this area of Fort Collins, zip code 80526.

There are other similar complexes and developments that may be a better choice. The newer build year means alot. Check out Morningside Village, Miramont or Rigden Farms
