From Downtown Saratofga Springs you would take Excelsior to the end and the NEW Whistler Ct. is being built behind the Marriott Residence Inn. Whistler Court and Excelsior Park are on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, overlooking I-87 and the interchange at exit 15. It's a mixed-use project including a hotel (Marriott Residence Inn), residential condo's and other commercial units. Sales have been relatively slow in this project. The location is convenient for commuting up or down the Northway (I87), but is not "downtown" and would be about a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. John Witt is the builder, he is best known for building premium custom homes in the area. If you are looking for a condo in Saratoga Springs there are many other options you might consider. Whistler Ct condos are just off exit 15 of Northway I-87, in an area called Excelsior Park - take Rt 50 toward Saratoga Springs, left on Veterans way to a left on Excelsior. There are several for sale/rent currently, as you may know - I have seen a couple of them recently and they are quite nice.
