Where in Orlando area ?
As a European it is very difficult for us to determine which would be the best area(s) to look for a condo. What we are looking for is : 1-2 beds, prefer a more quiet area, budget 60.000 dollars, low HOA fees are important, "resort " type area. If anyone has any ideas.....?

Great question, we work with a lot of overseas customers seeking the best values, the resort type of feeling you identify and being in close proximity to the theme parks etc. The two general areas that most meet your requirements and budget would be near Lake Buena Vista/Sea World, the 32821 zip code and West Kissimmee 34747 zip codes. I would definitely recommend a 2 bedroom over a 1 bedroom for various reasons.
