Where can you find details on the property such as setbacks, locations of septic systems, and reserves?
Portage has a great web site "portagemi.gov/government/parcel_information.asp" for people looking for property details, and I am looking for the same type of information in other townships. Does other townships provide this information on the web?
GoTo http://www.kalcounty.com. Look for A-Z services and programs. Dept.of Eviromental Health. This should give you some phone no's to call to find out where to go to get maps and info. on septic systems in this county.
Unfortunately there records are on micro film so you have to pay them a visit. Herb

Sadly, many townships have chosen not to place their information online. I hope you are able to find the answers to your question from Stacey's link.
If not, you will need to contact the building department and make a request. Or, ask this of your Buyer's Agent they can help, and usually have information from the township available.
