Marina,
You can go tohttp:// www.miamidade.gov to find tax related court sales. If you google Broward county you can get their website and look there, too. However, you are going to find that they are not that easy to buy and most are in pretty bad shape and not so great neighborhoods. Please, please, please don't be fooled by those websites that promote the purchase of properties for $1500 or $5000. Those are all hoax. Those animals do not exist. If they did, you would not hear about it anyway. The best you can expect in this market is properties that are in bad condition and in bad neighborhoods can sell for as low as 50% of value. If you can afford to buy cash you have a better chance of getting a great deal. But most will sell from 90-70% market value. If you want to see foreclosure for free go to http:// www.ewmforeclosures.com. Tue May 13 2008, 16:42 Web Reference: http://www.REalProfessional.net

Hello Marina, If you become a member of the http://www.dailybusinessreview.com/ you can get information on foreclosure properties and tax certificate sales. Buying a foreclosure property is a risky business if you don't have access to a title company. Most foreclosure properties have damage, liens, and fines from the city. You must be very careful when investing in foreclosure properties. Some of the properties listed on the MLS are bank owned and you might find some great deals there.
