I think you are thinking of buying a condo? But you want to know exactly what
is going on the market for a few years ago right. My recommendation is to call
a realiable agent in that area so that you what is going on.........Agent have
all the information previous sale, expires, cancelled, off market , etc.....

I think the better question is....why do you need this information?

We agents are often so anxious to help someone with an answer that we forget to see if they're even asking the right question ! I suspect that your asking the wrong question Annie because this information should be mostly irrelevant to a home buyer in the marketplace today.

So if you could rephrase the quesiton, I'm sure agents will stumble over each other to help you.

Hi Annie, most of our online records only go back about 6-7 years. Below is a link showing all condo sales in the 08109zip code. I hope this is helpful.
To properly evaluate the sales, you need to examine square footage, number of bedrooms, baths, condition, location, etc. You may want to enlist the help of a Realtor.
