Help the community by answering this question:

You should call your local Realtor one who has real knowledge of your community, perhaps lives there who farms and networks the area/specialist.

Discuss the possibility of the sale of your home.

If I can further assist on you please let me know.

You can call your local Realtor and they should be able to provide you with the most recent sales in your area. Make sure you get properties that are comparable to your home. If you need a referal in your area feel free to email me and I can get you the name of a local full time agent.

Hi Mark,

You can go on MLSLI.COM or Zillow.com... If you were a buyer client, your agent who would be working for you could get you that information.

I would call a local agent in your area. They can provide you tons of useful data and would be able to answer any questions that you may have about the buying process as well. I hope that helps.
