May I ask why just the link to the foreclosed homes?

Are you wiling and able to do some fixing up on homes? If not looking for a fixer upper please don't rule out regular homes for sale.

It is my opinion that many great homes are being overlooked because they are not foreclosures or short sales. I have found many sellers can afford to hold on but can also afford to sell. If they put their homes up for sale they are knowedgable and often times willing to move on and have some of the best maintained homes that may prove to be a greater deal in the long haul.

Foreclosure deals often have other issues. I live and work in Osprey, I suggest you get a professional that knows the area, that will assist in all homes in the area and that you trust. Many foreclosure sites available but I suggest a professional who works in your particular area of interest will pay off.

Additionally, you could ask to be put on an automated email list which will allow the MLS to send you properties that match your specific requirements, whatever they may be.
