Where can I find stone houses in the Poconos ?
The houses could be 100% stone to 30% stone ?
A general area demarcation or cities would be very helpful for me to start looking for stone houses.

There are stone homes in many different areas here in the Poconos. You will probably want to look in some of the more rural areas, as they tend to have the older stone homes 'with character'. Price, Paradise & Barrett Townships might have some things, which would include the Canadensis, Mountainhome areas. There are lots of areas which may have stone homes, so I suggest narrowing it down a bit by price and general vicinity to start. Your choices will range from modest ranches, to farm house style, to more upscale historic cottage-y homes. Of course prices can very greatly too.

I understand that buyers like to do much of their research on their home when they are in the preliminary stages of looking, so I offer a service which is ideal for this: A customized web portal can be set up, specifying criteria of homes (stone homes between $x and $y, for example). This portal allows you to know when new listings come on the market that meet your criteria, and also allows you to mark listings as 'interested' 'rejected' etc, in order for you to keep track in preparation for a future visit to see some properties.

There is no obligation for using this service and you will not be 'harassed' to buy. I am simply offering a service and only need an email from you to get it set up. info@lisasanderson.com
