Are you looking to purchase?
If YES the seller or property owner would have that information for you. Your buyer's agent should confirm information posted in MLS, copy of HOA rules.

Kathy,
I assume that you alreay looked for that info in the MLS since you are a real estate agent in Dallas. If you are listing the property, you can ask the owner, neighbors, check other listings in the neighborhood?
If you want to provide the address, I am sure many of us would be happy to help you too.
And if all fails, ask for help from your broker.
Good luck,
Naima
Hi Kathy,
Hope you are doing well.
Most Homeowners Association has a website, you can call or email them and ask all your questions regarding this community.
If you work with a Realtor you can also ask your Realtor.
Let me know if I can help you in anyway :)

If the property is listed in the MLS system then it will be posted. You can find out who the management company is and call them. Or you can find someone that lives in the complex and ask. Often the HOA amount is determined by the amount of square footage on each unit.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance
